Description

Southerton House is an early 19th-century building located on St Ann's Road. It is two storeys high and constructed of stucco with a tile roof. The façade features four windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor includes a shop front with two rectangular bays, a central door, and one canted bay window with a door. The main entrance is a six-panelled door set within a round-headed doorway that has a fanlight above it, topped with an open pediment supported by pilasters.
