Description

36 St John's Road is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in painted stucco. It features pilaster strips and banded rustication on its façade. The roof has three low-pitched gables, each adorned with bargeboards that have cusped decoration and finials, all covered with slate. The building has three windows, each fitted with two-light contemporary casements, block sills, and drip moulds that are topped with foliate stops. On the ground floor, there are original French windows, while a modern recessed door is complemented by a semi-circular fanlight with a rolled label and arched head stops above it.
