Description

No. 24 Watergate Street is a late 18th-century building constructed of stucco. It stands three storeys high, with the ground storey featuring a rusticated finish. The façade includes three sash windows, each with plain keyblocks and lintels, and quoins at the sides. A band runs along the first storey. The entrance is framed by a stuccoed moulded pilaster doorcase, which has an altered rectangular fanlight, an open pediment, and a modern door. There are also tripartite windows on either side of the ground storey. The building has plain eaves and is topped with a slate roof.
