Nos 2 and 4 on Church Street are early 19th-century buildings with earlier timber framing. They are constructed of brick and stand two storeys tall. The front features four casement windows with horizontal sliding sashes and two plain doorways, all topped with cambered heads. The eaves are plain, and the roof is covered with old slates. Number 2 has an exposed timber-framed gable end on the east side and visible ceiling beams in the ground storey.
