Description

Beaumont is an early 19th-century detached house located on the north side of Church Street. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys tall, featuring four sash windows, which typically have single glazing bars. The windows are set beneath plain keyboards and lintels, with one window blocked. The entrance boasts a moulded wood pilaster doorcase with panelled reveals, a radial fanlight, and a door that has ogee-shaped panels. The building is topped with a moulded stone cornice and has stone gabled ends, with a slate roof. Additionally, there are 19th-century iron railings that extend across the front of the property.
