Description

19 Talbot Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of brick, which reveals an earlier timber frame internally. The building has two storeys. The side facing the street features one sash window with a cambered head, while the front, which faces southeast, is made of engraved cement with angle quoins and includes three sash windows. The entrance has a wooden doorcase flanked by rectangular bay windows, all of which are covered by a tiled pentice. Inside, there are exposed ceiling beams and some timber-framing visible.
