No. 7 Talbot Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys tall and features two renewed sash windows, with the right window consisting of three lights. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase that includes panelled reveals, a radial fanlight, an open pediment, and a six-panelled door. The building has toothed eaves and is covered with slate roofing.
