Description

28 and 30 Swan Street is an early to mid 19th century building that features a red brick front, which has been added to an earlier timber-framed and plastered structure. The building has two storeys and a three-window arrangement of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The upper storey includes tripartite windows, while the ground storey features a splayed bay at the north-west end and a 19th century shop window at the south-east end.
