2. An early-mid C19 red brick building. Two storeys. Two window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars in stucco reveals. At the north-west end there is a 6-panel door with a semi-circular heed and at the south-east end a similar doorway (blocked). A stucco band extends across the front between the storeys. Roof tiled, with a sawtooth brick eaves cornice.
