Description

24 Swan Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of yellow brick. It stands two storeys high and features a two-window arrangement of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, set in plain reveals. At the north-west end, there is a small 19th-century shop bay window, while the south-east end has a four-panel door flanked by pilasters and topped with a cornice. A raised brick band runs across the front of the building between the storeys. The roof is covered with slate. This building is included for its group value.
