Description
15 Windsor Street is an early to mid 19th century building made of yellow brick. It stands three storeys high and features two windows. The hipped slate roof has wide eaves supported by paired brackets. There is a stucco cill band on the second floor, and the sash windows, which have glazing bars and margin lights, are topped with gauged brick arches. The ground floor has a 19th century shop front. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 10 to 23, along with Nos 16A, 17A, and 21A.
