Description

Nos 51, 52, 52A, and 53 on Windsor Street are a range of buildings that date from the 17th century or earlier. Each building is two stories high and has one window. They feature a high-pitched roof that has been replaced with modern tiles and have plastered walls. The first-floor windows are sash style with glazing bars set in exposed moulded frames, except for No 53, which has horizontal sliding sashes. The ground floor has shop fronts, with one being modern and the others dating from the 19th century. Nos 50 to 54, along with No 52A, form a cohesive group.
