Description

22 Swan Street is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building that has undergone 19th century alterations to its front. It stands two storeys high and features a two-window range of double-hung sash windows with single vertical glazing bars. The upper storey includes tripartite windows, while the ground storey has a splayed bay. The entrance is marked by a six-panel door set within a wood doorcase that has panelled pilasters and a cornice. At the south-east end, there is a cart entrance. The roof is tiled and topped with a tall ridge chimney stack located at the north-west end.
