Description

Number 12 Swan Street is a building with an 18th-century front that conceals an earlier timber-framed and plastered structure. The roof is tiled and features a coved eaves cornice. The southeast end of the building is weatherboarded at the ground level. It stands two storeys tall and has a seven-window range of double-hung sashes, most of which retain their original glazing bars. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a fanlight, pilasters, and a cornice, which is accessed by steps. Additionally, there is a shallow bow window.
