Description

No. 7 Swan Street is an early to mid-19th century building made of gault brick. It stands two storeys high and features a four-window range, although one window is blocked. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars set in plain reveals. The ground floor has a small shop front from the 19th century, which includes glazing bars, pilasters, and a dentilled cornice. There is a six-panel door with a fanlight above it, framed by a doorcase that has panelled reveals, pilasters, and a cornice. At the south-east end of the building, there is a carriage entrance with a gauged brick elliptical arch. The roof is covered in slate.
