Description
No. 27 Swan Street is an early to mid-19th century brick building, now painted. It is two storeys high with a four-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars set in plain reveals. The ground floor features a 19th-century double-fronted shop front and a carriage entrance at the south-east end. The roof is covered with modern asbestos tiles and has a sawtooth brick eaves cornice. The building is included on the list for its group value.
