Description

No. 3 Lower Bar is an early 19th-century building constructed of painted brick. It stands three storeys high and features three sash windows, with the central window on the second storey being blocked. The windows have painted stucco lintels and moulded keyblocks. The building also has moulded plaster eaves and a tiled roof. The ground floor has a modern shop front and garage.
