Description

No. 28 West Row is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys high and features two windows. It is constructed of brick with regular header courses and has stucco lintels with stone keys. The building has a brick eaves cornice, which was previously stuccoed. The roof is covered with pantiles and includes moulded stone kneelers. The windows were originally tripartite but are now plain. The central entrance has a plain modern ledged door.
