LOWER BAR (east side), No. 4 (Swan Inn Public House) and No. 6

Early C19. Painted brick; two storeys; four sash windows. No. 6 has original bow window and plain wood pilaster doorcase with small rectangular fanlight, and 6-panelled door. No. 4 has later bay and inn window with modern leaded lights, and wood pilaster doorcase with 6-panelled door. Corbelled brick and plain eaves; slates.
