Description

Crescent Cottage, located at No 8 Regent Street in Rolvenden, is a building from the 18th century, with No 6 possibly being older. The structure is two storeys high and is faced with weatherboarding. It has a tiled roof that is hipped over No 6 and half hipped over No 8. There are three windows in total; No 6 features sash windows with intact glazing bars, a contemporary curved shop window also with glazing bars, and a door with six moulded panels, all flanked by narrow pilasters and topped with a joint cornice. No 8 has casement windows and a doorcase that includes a pediment-shaped hood above.
