Description

Nos 31 and 33 Swan Street is a mid 19th century building featuring a brick front that is likely built over an earlier timber-framed and plastered structure. The building has two storeys and a five-window arrangement of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, set in plain reveals and topped with stucco lintels. Number 31 includes a modern doorcase, and at the north-west end, there is a small shop front dating from the 19th to 20th century. The roof is covered with slate and has two ridge chimney stacks. This building is included for its group value.
