2. A mid C19 brick front to a timber-framed and plastered building, probably incorporating an earlier frame. Two storeys. Five window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals and stucco lintels. No 31 has a modern doorcase and at the north-west end there is a small C19-C20 shop front. Roof slate, with 2 ridge chimney stacks. Included for group value.
