Nos 2 and 4 Parsonage Street is a building from the 18th century that has been extensively altered in the 19th century. It has three storeys and is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior. The roof is covered with grey slate. The building features a three-window range of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. An early 19th-century shop window remains at the east end of the property.
