  1. Early C19. 2 storeys in red brick with pantile roof, 1 window to both floors, flush sashes without glazing bars, rusticated stucco flat arches. Wood eaves cornice. Door and oblong fanlight in panelled reveal under rusticated stucco lintel with keystone, as to ground floor window. Half-glazed door. Included as the end of a group.
