Description

30 Spencer Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features two windows on the first floor. It is constructed of red brick with a pattern of blue headers. The roof is low pitched and covered with slate, and it has eaves soffits. The first-floor windows and the left ground floor windows have gauged flat brick arches, while the door, which is slightly left of centre, has a round arch, all set in stucco lined reveals. The door features a reeded cornice head and a blocked fanlight above it. There is a small shop front on the right side of the building. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 8 to 14 even and Nos 18 to 30 even.
