Description
12 Westfield Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of whitewashed brick and topped with a pantile roof. It is two storeys high and has two flush windows. The first-floor window glazing bars have been replaced, while the ground-floor windows feature rusticated stucco flat arches with keystones. A Doric door surround frames a half-glazed door, which is set within a reveal and has an oblong fanlight above. The building is part of a group with numbers 2 to 14 (even) on Westfield Road.
