Description

23 Northgate is a late 18th-century building that stands two storeys high and is constructed of brick. It features a pantile roof with a dentil eaves cornice. The façade includes two windows with wooden frames, painted arches, and hung sashes that have glazing bars. The ground floor window is distinguished by a rendered arch and marginal glazing. The entrance is marked by a six-panel door set within an architrave, flanked by plain Doric pilasters and topped with a cornice. This building, along with Nos 23 to 25A, forms a cohesive group.
