25A Northgate is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of brick. It features a Welsh slate roof with a dentil eaves cornice. The façade includes three windows: two are three-light windows flanking a single-light window, all with keystones and no glazing bars. The ground floor has been modernized.
