Description
25A St Thomas's Street is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century, likely added to an earlier structure. It features a fainted brick facade and a steeply pitched tiled roof that extends down to the ground floor ceiling height at the rear. The street facade has a rounded corner at the junction of St Thomas's Street and Queen Street. The building is two storeys high with a dormer that includes two windows, which are casements with glazing bars. There are also two mid-19th century shop windows with vertical glazing bars that remain. The northern part of the building on Queen Street is a single storey with one window. Nos 25a, 25, and 26 form a group with Nos 2 and 4 Belmore Lane.
