The Hollies is an early 19th-century, two-storey brick building located on Cromer Road. The exterior is painted and features five windows on the first floor, including a two-window wing on the right. These windows have glazing bars and are topped with gauged flat arches. The ground floor includes a splayed bay window on the right wing, which has a slate roof. The entrance is marked by a wooden doorcase with pilasters, and the building has a plinth and a pantile roof.
