Description

Clay Farmhouse is an early to mid-19th century brick building. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. On the ground floor, there are two late 19th century canted bay windows, a central door with a rectangular light above, and an architrave surround decorated with paterae. The upper floor has three sash windows with glazing bars set in segmental heads. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
