Description

Ivy Cottage is an early 18th-century building constructed of brick with a pantiled roof. It features a Dutch gable on the west side and is two stories tall with attics. The south elevation has three gabled casement dormers and three sash windows on the first floor, along with additional casement windows. The entrance is adorned with an open pediment leading to a wooden case. There is a small, one-story advanced wing located at the southeast.
