Description
1 Mundesley Road is a two-storey building with an attic, constructed of limewashed red brick in Flemish bond above a rendered plinth. The thatched roof features gables at both the north and south ends. On the ground floor of the eastern elevation, there is a six-over-six sash window next to a central doorway with a half-glazed door. To the right of the doorway, a large six-light fixed window is present. A projecting wooden shop front is located on the south-east corner, which includes 16 window panes with glazing bars and a fascia above.
On the first floor of the eastern elevation, there are two three-over-six sash windows that are flush with the wall, along with a smaller central two-light window.
The rendered southern gable was rebuilt in 1989 and features single window openings at both the first and attic floors.
