MUNDESLEY ROAD (West Side) No 1

II 1 Mundesley Road is two-storeys high with an attic, and is built of limewashed red brick laid in Flemish-bond above a rendered plinth. The roof is thatched and terminates in gables to the north and south. The ground floor of the eastern elevation has a six-over-six sash window, adjacent to a central doorway containing a half-glazed door. Right of the doorway is a large six-light fixed window. There is a projecting wooden shop front on the south-east corner, consisting of 16 window panes with glazing bars and a fascia above.

The first-floor level of the eastern elevation has two three-over-six sash windows, flush with the wall, and smaller central two-light window.

The rendered southern gable was rebuilt in 1989 and has single window openings at first and attic floors.
