Description

Nos 3 and 5 Fleetgate are early 19th century buildings that stand two storeys tall with attics, constructed from brick and topped with a pantile roof. The facade features two dormers, each fitted with sliding sash windows that include glazing bars. The eaves are supported by paired brackets. There are two windows on the upper floor with plain stucco lintels and no glazing bars, along with moulded cases. The ground floor has one window for No 3 and a modern window for No 5. Both properties have modern doors with blocked rectangular fanlights and plain stucco lintels. Notably, No 5 has a stone-coped gable end with a kneeler. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 3 to 9 (odd).
