Description

Braemar is an early 19th century building constructed of red brick and topped with a hipped slate roof featuring end external chimney stacks. It stands two storeys tall and has a three-window arrangement of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, all set in flush cased frames. The central window is blocked. The entrance is highlighted by a central stucco doorcase adorned with pilasters and a cornice. A raised brick band runs across the front of the building, separating the two storeys.
