Description

Brookholm is an early 19th-century building with a red brick front and a timber frame that is exposed at the ends. It stands two storeys high and features four sash windows with glazing bars, along with a splayed bay of sash windows on the ground floor. The building has two fielded panel doors and a modern glazed porch. It is topped with a slate hipped roof.
