Description

Parkleigh is an early 19th-century building located on Park Lane. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys tall. The façade features three sash windows with flat brick arches, while the rear elevation includes windows with keyblocks and channelled lintels. On the ground storey, there is a projecting bay with a tripartite sash window on each side, which does not have glazing bars. The central doorway has a semi-circular head. The building is adorned with wood modillion eaves and has gabled ends, topped with a slate roof.
