Description

31 Lawton Street is a narrow-fronted house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a cement rendered plinth and stands three storeys tall. The house originally featured a casement window, which no longer has glazing bars. The doorway has a restored glazed door, and the building has one gable that has also been restored. The roof is covered with slates.
