Description

19 Lawton Street is an early 18th-century narrow-fronted house made of red brick. It has four storeys and features two sash windows in broad frames, each adorned with fluted stone keyblocks. There are three stone string courses, and the windows on the third storey have old small-paned leaded casements. The house includes two gabled dormers and a doorway with a plain reveal, keyblock, and a six-panelled door. The bargeboards have been restored, and the roof is covered with slates. There is a 19th-century two-storey addition at an angle on the right-hand side. This property, along with Nos 19 to 25 (odd), forms a group.
