Description

These are two early 19th-century buildings on the west side of Watergate Street. They are constructed of red brick and are two storeys high. The front features one modern casement window and two sash windows, with two plain doorways. The doorway to number 27 is sheltered by a cornice that belonged to an earlier shop window. A covered walkway is present on the left-hand side. The roof is covered with slates and has distinctive toothed eaves.
