Description

These are a pair of early 19th-century buildings on High Street. They are constructed of whitewashed brick with a pitched slate roof and a red brick chimney. The buildings feature a brick modillion cornice. The front has four double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, and one tripartite double-hung sash window with glazing bars on the first floor. Number 13 has one segment-headed planked door, a modern shopfront, and one tripartite double-hung sash window with glazing bars. Number 15 has a canted bay shopfront with plate glass windows, an entablature with a fascia board and cornice, and one segment-headed door.
