Description

Brook Lawn is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed and includes a string course, along with a wide eaves bracket cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The windows are set within moulded architrave surrounds, and the glazing bars are intact. Access to the building is via a doorway that is reached by five steps; this doorway is flanked by twin pilasters and has a projecting cornice, a rectangular fanlight, and a door made up of six moulded panels.
