Norton House is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It features three windows and two dormers. The exterior is finished in stucco and topped with a slate roof. The glazing bars are intact. The entrance includes a doorway flanked by pilasters, a projecting cornice, a rectangular fanlight, and a door with six fielded panels.
