Description
The Camellia Hotel, originally called Lyminster Lodge and later known as Mount Lavinia, is an early 19th-century building. It is two storeys high and features six windows. The exterior is stuccoed and includes a string course, cornice, and parapet. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The glazing bars are intact, and there are two bays of three windows each on the ground floor, with a small porch situated between them. The building has somewhat disfigured Dutch blinds. There are late 19th-century additions to the south and west.
