Description

The Premises of Arundel Builders Merchants Limited at Arundel Station is a building originally constructed as a goods shed in the railway yard, dating from the mid-19th century. It is two storeys high and consists of eight bays. The structure is built of brown brick with red brick dressings, and each bay is flanked by pilasters. The roof is tiled.

The east front features lunette windows on both floors, while the west front has a non-central goods entrance with a loft above, flanked by tall pilasters and topped with a gable. To the north of the entrance, there are two tiers of two lunette windows, and to the south, there are four lunette windows.
