Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building on Graham Road. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior with a hipped slate roof and wide, bracketed eaves. The front has three windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars and moulded architraves to the first floor. There are French windows at ground floor level. A tent canopy verandah is supported by wrought-iron lattice, extending along the ground floor and return elevations. A side entrance provides access to the building.
