Description

This is an early to mid-19th century villa, originally with three windows, two storeys, and a basement. It is constructed of stock brick with a stuccoed basement and frieze. The roof is low-pitched, covered in slate, and has deep eaves with a soffit. Angle pilasters feature stuccoed capitals. The sash windows have glazing bars and moulded architraves, with cornices and ornamental guards on the ground floor. A set of five steps leads to a half-glazed four-panel door within a prostyle porch featuring square columns. The building is included on the list for its group value.
