Description
No. 33 Groveway is an early to mid 19th century villa that stands two storeys high with a basement and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick, with a stuccoed basement and frieze. It has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with deep, bracketed eaves. The villa is adorned with angle pilasters that have stuccoed capitals. The sash windows, which include glazing bars, are framed by moulded architraves, cornices, and ornamental guards on the ground floor.
