  1. Early-mid C19 villa of 3 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock brick, angle pilasters with stucco capitals resting on stuccoed basement. Low-pitched hipped slate roof with deep eaves soffit. Moulded architraves and console bracketed cornices, on first floor centre and ground floor, to sash windows. Panels below ground floor windows. Five steps to 6-panel door in moulded architrave set back behind entablature surround. Included for group value.
