The building is constructed of stock brick and has angle pilasters with stucco capitals that rest on a stuccoed basement. It has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with deep eaves soffits. The villa showcases moulded architraves and console bracketed cornices above the sash windows on both the first and ground floors. There are panels located below the ground floor windows.
