Description
This is an early to mid-19th century villa, originally featuring three storeys and a basement, with a three-window front. The building is constructed of stock brick, with the basement and ground floor finished in incised stucco and featuring an arcade. Rusticated quoins are present above the ground floor. The roof is low-pitched, covered in slate, with deep eaves soffits and a single, off-centre dormer. Sash windows are set within moulded architraves. A console bracketed cornice and segmental pediment are found at the centre of the first floor. Ornamental cast iron window guards adorn the first-floor openings. The ground-floor sash windows also have glazing bars and similar window guards. The arcade possesses moulded architraves and an impost band, and incised panels sit below the windows. The four-panel door on the right-hand side has pilasters, a cornice head, and a plain fanlight.
