Description

This is an early to mid-19th century villa, originally with three windows, two storeys, an attic and a basement. The villa is constructed of painted brick with a stucco frieze and dentil cornice, topped by a parapet. The roof is a slated mansard with three dormers. The basement is stuccoed. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within moulded architraves with bracketed sills and cornices above and around the floor. A five-step approach leads to an ornamental four-panel door, topped by a cornice and an oblong fanlight, situated within a projecting, stuccoed classical porch.
